Home Drills is a collection of simple football exercises you can do on your own at home or in small spaces using just a football. These drills are designed to improve close control, first touch, dribbling, and confidence through repetition and constant involvement with the ball. Every drill is linked to Joseph S-O’s coaching approach, focusing on learning through realistic, game-based movements and building comfort on the ball over time.
